Copper alloys have 10 times the thermal conductivity of steel. Replacing this nozzle does not require an increase in print temperature like hardened steel nozzles to achieve the same print flow and results as brass or copper nozzles.

It also has very low frictional resistance, which can make the melted plastic flow more smoothly, reduce feeding resistance, and improve printing quality.
Polycrystalline Diamond PCD
Polycrystalline Diamond PCD material has extremely high hardness (twice that of ruby) and wear resistance and is generally used to make precision CNC cutting tools. It can easily handle a variety of carbon fiber, glass fiber, ceramic fiber, or metal powder-filled polymers. PCD material also has exceptionally high thermal conductivity (30% higher than pure copper) and an extremely low coefficient of friction, making it an ideal material for extruding hot melt plastics.
